This mobile application is designed to provide good working knowledge and training on all subject areas that ABC deal with. When ABC's are on-boarded and start services, they may not have adequate knowledge on different aspects of their work. Adequate training is required to build their capacities to work as an Agent Business Correspondent. This mobile application provides comprehensive training material and concepts that agents need to learn. These training materials are available in the form of videos which are available for viewing in both online and offline modes.
The portal has been divided into two parts: Basic Training and Advanced Training. After completing each of these trainings, an agent will be required to give an online exam in which they will be tested on the various concepts explained in these training videos.
